What is the Hydrating Humanity Project (HHP)?
The Hydrating Humanity Project (HHP) is a virtual web community currently made up of over 100 people who pool their resources together into one pot to sponsor safe clean drinking water for Africa’s poor. Members of the community participate through small monthly contributions via PayPal. Members can join for as little as $5 per month.
A $5 commitment is like giving up one coffee drink at Starbuck's per month!
In the past 2 years, HHP has sponsored 12 new water projects in East Africa. That means clean safe water for up to 7,500 people everyday! Our goal is to grow the HHP community to 1000 members as fast as possible. That will enable us to construct one new well in Africa every month!
The HHP promises to use 100% of the funds to sponsor water projects in Africa.
We feel great about having 100% of every dollar for this project go directly to sponsoring clean water sources. That includes materials, labor, hygiene training and maintenance.
